  • 1 celery
  • 1 medium potato
  • 1 carrot
  • Celery leaves (not found in my celery, but must be placed because of taste)

  • 1 egg yolk
  • 1 tea glass of water

  • Lemon


Celery Soup Recipe Making
  1. Celery, carrots and potatoes are peeled and cut into cubes.

  2. The leaves of the celery are washed thoroughly and minced.

  3. Put the chicken broth in the pressure cooker and boil it for 10 minutes. (I boiled on the pressure-time may change depending on the pot you are going to make, so be careful not to soften it too much.)

  4. Season it with spoon flour, egg and water, take a spoonful of boiling water, mix, put it in the soup and mix.
  5. Put 1 teaspoon of butter, salt and parsley, boil for 5-10 minutes and turn off the stove.
