1 carrot

1 tablespoon tomato paste

How to Make Sour Souce Meatball Recipe?

1- To prepare the meatballs, add minced meat, washed and drained rice, grated onion, salt, pepper and chili peppers in a bowl.

2- Mix all ingredients well and knead. Prepare marquet-sized meatballs by taking pieces from meatballs.

3- Pour the flour into a flat bowl and smear the meatballs in the flour.

4- Chop the peeled carrot and potato into small cubes. Put the sunflower oil in the pot and, after warming, start roasting by adding carrots, potatoes and thinly sliced garlic.

5- When the vegetables are lightly roasted and begin to change color, add the tomato paste and continue roasting on medium-low heat for an additional 2-3 minutes.

6- After adding the water, cook with the lid closed until it boils over low heat. After boiling, add the spices and mix.

7- Leave your meatballs prepared with boiled vegetables and tomato paste in the size of one by one. Cover and leave to cook on low heat.

8- Meanwhile, for finishing; Beat the egg yolk, lemon juice and yogurt in a bowl.

9- After the meatballs are cooked and swollen, check the cooking consistency of the vegetables. If both are cooked, take a scoop of water and mix it into the finishing and warm. Then add the finishing to the pot slowly and stirring.

10- Cook the food for 10 minutes on low heat and serve hot. Share it with your loved ones and enjoy your meal.
