  • 2 medium onions (grated)

  • 2 cloves of garlic

  • 1 teaspoon of black pepper

  • 1 teaspoon of paprika

  • 1 teaspoon of cumin

  • 3 eggplants

  • 3 cherry tomatoes (to add to empty spaces)


For the above :

  • 1 tablespoon tomato paste

  • 1 cup of hot water

  • 1 grated tomato

  • 1 teaspoon of salt

  • 1 teaspoon of black pepper

  • 2 green peppers

  • 1 clove crushed garlic

How to Make Baked Eggplant Kebab Recipe?
  1. In a large bowl, add 500 grams of ground beef, 2 finely grated nectarine, half a bunch of parsley.

  2. Add 2 cloves of crushed garlic, 1 cup of breadcrumbs and 1 teaspoon of salt, chili peppers, cumin and black pepper.

  3. Then knead it nicely and shape the meatballs that you cut into eggs in a round shape.
