  • 1 onion
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 2 tablespoons of oil

For Minced Meat Mortar:

  • 1 onion
  • 150 grams of beef
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 1 teaspoon of black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons of oil

For Potato Inner Mortar:

  • 2 potatoes (boiled, grated)
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese (grated)
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 1 teaspoon of paprika

For Cheese Mortar:

  • 1 cup curd cheese
  • 1/2 bunch of parsley (chopped)

For the above:

  • 3 tablespoons of butter (melted)

How to make Homemade Gozleme Recipe ?

  • Chop the onion into cubes. Heat the oil in the pan. Add the minced meat and fry until the water is released. Then add the onion, fry for another 3-4 minutes, add the spices and mix, then remove from the stove.
To Prepare Gozleme:
  • To prepare the dough; Mix the egg, salt and water with a whisk.
  • Add flour little by little and make a dough that does not stick to the hand.
  • Let the prepared dough rest at room temperature for 20 minutes.
  • Cut out tangerine-sized meringues from the dough and roll them thin with the help of a roller.
  • After opening each dough thinly, put 2 tablespoons of the desired mortar in the middle of it and spread it on this area.
  • Close the dough, which is round, from the left and right to the middle, then from the top and bottom to the middle and close the dough inside the mortar.
  • Put a non-flammable stick on the stove and allow it to warm up well. Take the pancake to the heated pan and check the diaper from time to time with the help of a spatula and bake until the eye is reddened.
  • Follow the same process on the back. Apply the butter you melted near the stove to the pan with a brush.
  • Take it from the stove and serve hot.
