Ingredients for Roast Meatball Recipe

  • 1 kg meatball meat grinder

  • 1 egg

  • 2 large onions

  • 1 cup of bread

  • 1 teaspoon salt

  • 1 teaspoon black pepper

  • 1 teaspoon of cumin

  • 1 cup coarse hammered walnut

  • 2 tablespoons tomato paste

  • 1 cup water

  • 1 teaspoon of salt

How to Make Roast Meatball Recipe?

  1. Peel the onion and grate, then add all the necessary ingredients for the meatball mortar and knead well.

  9. At the end of 30 minutes, turn on the oven and remove the aluminum foil and greasy paper from the top of your roasted meatballs, put the meatball back in the oven and leave it to cook for another 10 minutes.

  10. Finally, take the roast meatballs out of the oven, spread the sauce on top and serve hot with mashed potatoes
