- 500 grams of boneless chicken breast
- Juice of 1 large onion
- 2 tablespoons of yogurt
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 1,5 coffee cups olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoons of black pepper
- 1 teaspoon of cumin
- 1 teaspoon of ground red pepper
- 1 teaspoon of dried thyme
- 1 sprig of rosemary (to taste)
- 1 capia pepper
- 1 zucchini
- 1 onion
- 100 grams of mushrooms
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1 teaspoon of black pepper
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
How to Make Baked Chicken Shish Recipe?
- Transfer the chopped chicken breasts into a deep bowl.
- Add olive oil, yoghurt, onion juice, grated garlic, salt and spices on it and mix it well.
