Alinazik Kebab Recipe, How is it made?

A delicious Turkish recipe that you can easily make at home. How to make Alinazik Kebab Recipe at home?

  • 2 teaspoons of salt

  • 1 teaspoon of black pepper

  • 1 teaspoon of thyme

  • 1 teaspoon of paprika
For Eggplant with Yogurt:
  • 1 bowl of Greek yogurt

  • 2 garlic cloves (crushed)

  • 1 teaspoon of salt

  • 5 eggplants

  • 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
For Service:
  • 1 capia pepper

  • 2 village peppers

  • 1 handful of chopped parsley

How to Make Alinazik Kebab Recipe?
  1. Roast the eggplants and peppers in the oven for about 30 minutes, turning them occasionally at 200 degrees. You can also roast on the stove or on the fire.


  2. To prepare the minced meat mixture, put 3 tablespoons of butter and tablespoons of oil in the pan and heat it, add 1 chopped onion and 2 chopped village peppers and fry.

  3. After the onions turn pink, add 400 grams of medium-fat ground beef and continue frying after draining and draining the water.

  8. Place the eggplant with yoghurt, roasted peppers and minced meat on the hot plate, sprinkle the chopped parsley on it as a final touch, and share it with your loved ones without waiting.
