How to Make Chicken Parmesan Recipe

1- Put the chicken breasts between a stretch film and beat it with a roller. They should be about 5mm thick.

2- To prepare his sauce; Put 1 egg in a pot, fill it with cold water and put it in the stove. After it starts to boil, hold it for a minute and turn it off after 1 minute. Pass it through cold water and peel it off.

3- To a kitchen rond; Add the boiled egg, finely chopped basil, 1 tablespoon of grated parmesan, mustard and 2 tablespoons of washed capers, run the robot until it becomes a dense sauce.

4- Then, add the olive oil gradually until the sauce reaches the desired consistency. Your sauce is ready.

5- Beat 2 eggs in a wide plate and set aside. In another dish, mix well the breadcrumbs and 3 tablespoons of grated parmesan.

6- Put the olive oil necessary for frying in a pan and heat.

7- Pour the thinned chicken by pouring it into the egg, then smeared in breadcrumbs with parmesan and fry in hot oil until both sides are golden brown.

8- Put it on a hot plate, pour the salsa verde sauce on top and serve it with lemon slices.
